Orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners, including CJ Dropshipping.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • Sweden & EU: 5–12 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to customs, logistics providers, or other factors beyond our control

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

In accordance with EU law:

  • All prices, including shipping fees, are shown transparently before order confirmation
  • No hidden fees will be added after purchase

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders within the European Union:

  • VAT is included in the product price unless otherwise stated
  • No additional customs duties should apply

For orders outside the EU:

6. Delivery Responsibility

Under Swedish and EU consumer law:

  • The seller is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you
  • Risk transfers to you only when you (or a person designated by you) have received the goods

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.


7. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected or is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failure to collect the shipment

We reserve the right to charge a fee corresponding to the return shipping and handling costs.


8. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

In accordance with EU consumer law:

  • If delivery is significantly delayed, you have the right to request fulfillment within an additional reasonable time
  • If delivery is not completed within that time, you may have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund

9. Partial Deliveries

As we use multiple warehouses through CJ Dropshipping:

  • Your order may arrive in separate shipments
  • You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split deliveries

10. Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failure to receive the shipment
