1. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws and the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email).
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any extra costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of withdrawal.
- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.
- The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging where reasonably possible.
4. Deductions from Refunds
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
6. Faulty or Defective Products (Reklamation)
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), you have the right to complain about faulty or defective products within 3 years from receiving the item.
If a product is defective, you are entitled to:
- Repair or replacement
- Price reduction
- Refund (if the issue cannot be resolved)
Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering a defect.
